Isaias didn’t complete the plowing/shoveling of our driveway, and when I called to request he return and complete the work, he told me it would cost me extra. He left my car completely blocked in, even though I had specifically asked him to remove the snow in front of my vehicle so that I would be able to move my car out of the driveway. He refused. This is completely unacceptable – he was paid to remove snow from the driveway and walkway; he did 1/2 the job and left with full payment.
